The paper is running an in-depth profile of all week about the women as they progress from an idea to opening their own small business.

You get a chuckle as they recount using a 12-year-son to surreptitiously call other shops for market research.

Working with the Nebraska Small Business Development Center, the pair injected $10,000 each and received a $126,000 SBA loan through Security National Bank.

Their homework paid off says lender Mark Olson, “They hit a lot of the boxes we look for.”
