Positive Cash Flow. We all want it in our deals.

But at what point are you getting away from the numbers and being too creative in documenting the all important cash coverage ratios?

Cash flow evaluation is perhaps the most important estimation of a borrower’s repayment ability.

This webinar will frame the parameters of the borrower / owner’s global financial condition, examining how lenders might improve their interpretation of business cash flows.

The goal is to ensure you are looking at the entrepreneur’s entire financial condition.

Join our expert professional instructor, Charles Green as he leads a discussion that will ensure you and to correctly calculate their global cash flow position to your regulator’s and SBA’s satisfaction.

You will learn:

• Review of “Rule of Thumb” cash flow evaluation and its advantages /disadvantages
• Discussion about Universal Credit Analysis model and its capability of providing more in-depth cash flow information
• How to evaluate corporate tax returns for actual cash flow performance;
• How to evaluate the owners’s personal tax return for actual cash flow performance;
• How to determine critical factors about owner’s personal cash flow to impact business;
• How to model a global cash flow evaluation of borrower’s debt repayment ability taking into account owner’s personal cash flow and obligations;
• Policy considerations each lender should explore about how to treat owner cash flow and its potential to impact business;
• What the SBA says about the priority and methodology of borrower cash flow when underwriting loans;
• What you must do to be considered a “prudent” lender by SBA.
