AJ Nosek is Partner Engineering’s New National Client Manager

AJ earned his MBA in Marketing at D’Youville College and is also a graduate of State University of New York Empire State where he earned is BS in Management. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Appraisal Institute. In his spare time, he is an On-Ice official for USA hockey, NCAA and ACHA ice hockey.

Rachelle Poteracki Named Vice President and SBA BDO at U.S. Bank

Rachelle has more than 25 years of combined experience in banking, business development, commercial lending and SBA lending.

She attended the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, and is a 2007 graduate of the ABA Commercial Lending School as well as the UW Leadership Kenosha program. Poteracki is an active volunteer with the Wisconsin Women’s Business Initiative Corp. (WWBIC), a non-profit economic development organization. She also serves as a judge for DECA Inc. and volunteers her time with for several other economic development and financial literacy programs.
