New Jersey-based Peapack-Gladstone Bank announces the appointment of Andrew M. Glatz as Senior Managing Director, head of the Bank’s new SBA Lending Division, and David L. Clerkin, Vice President, Senior Loan Specialist.

With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Andrew Glatz has a proven track record of increasing sales and market share in a highly competitive industry through financial analysis and business development, with a concentrated focus on SBA lending. Most recently, Andrew served as Senior Vice President, SBA Manager at Colonial American Bank in Shrewsbury, NJ where he was recognized as “Breakthrough Lender of the Year.” Prior to that, he served in equally impressive roles as Senior Vice President, SBA Manager at Central Jersey Bank/Kearny Federal Bank and as Vice President, SBA Lending Officer at Sun National Bank in Wall, NJ.

David L. Clerkin brings 10 years of financial services expertise to the Bank, with a concentrated focus on SBA underwriting. Prior to joining Peapack-Gladstone Bank, he held the position of Vice President, SBA Underwriter/Commercial Credit Analyst at Colonial American Bank in Shrewsbury, NJ and prior to that as SBA Underwriter at Kearny Federal Savings Bank (formerly Central Jersey Bank, N.A.) and Sun National Bank in Wall, NJ. In these roles, David played an integral part in the startup of SBA loan programs and received Colonial American Bank’s award as New Jersey’s 2013 SBA “Breakthrough Lender of the Year.”
