Chuck brings to Capital Growth Solutions 30 years of experience in commercial banking and economic development lending. Chuck and his wife Karen have two children and reside in Port Deposit, MD.

Acclivity Financial hires USDA Leader, Doug Dunkelberg

“Doug is here to guide our BDOs in the initial stages of structure for USDA loans as well as develop our procedures and processes for packaging and closing,” says Danny Preston, CEO and President of Acclivity Financial. “He brings a wealth of knowledge to a program we’re looking to cultivate and expand in 2018.”

Doug Dunkelberg has been working as a USDA loan specialist in South Carolina for the past 7 years. He possesses extensive knowledge of RBS programs as well as commercial bank loan operations and credit expertise. He originated and processed over $123 million of B&I and REAP guaranteed loans for FY 2017.

Dunkelberg received a BBA in Finance from Central Michigan University. He is the former Director and Finance Committee member of the Central Macomb Chamber of Commerce. He is active in his community and enjoys volunteering.

Crawford, Noel and Mill Join Harvest as Senior VP and BDO

McClernand “Mac” Crawford is a veteran of the banking industry for over 20 years, with an emphasis in SBA 7(a) and 504 commercial lending. With over 1000 referral sources spanning from coast-to-coast, Mac has closed commercial real estate deals ranging in size from $300K to $5M.

In his personal life, he lives in Carmel, Indiana with his two children and his Chesapeake Bay retriever. Mac is an avid golfer and civil war history buff. He received his education from Butler University.
