George Andreaus Named National Sales Manager Evolve Bank & Trust

“Since coming to Evolve last year, George has proven his ability to lead his region and identify sales opportunities helping grow SBA,” says Don Clanton, President Small Business Lending, Evolve Bank & Trust. “We are confident in George’s leadership of the division and the strength he brings.

George joined Evolve in 2017 as SBA Regional Sales Manager, bringing more than 20 years of financial lending experience to the organization. Andreaus served as Vice President of Business Development at GE Capital. While there, he consistently ranked in the top 25% of all producers. Mr. Andreaus has received numerous awards from several leading lenders including Synovus Bank, HomeBanc N.A, ReadyCap Lending and Northeast Bank. During his tenure at CIT as Vice President of Small Business Lending, Andreaus was only one of two managers selected for their “Admirals Club Award” for managerial excellence. He also created the origination platform positioning ReadyCap to be one of the “Top 100 SBA 7a” lenders within the first year of originations.

George received his MBA from Lehigh University and his BBA from Adelphi University.

Radius Bank Names Marty Ferguson, Senior Vice President / National Sales Director

Before joining Radius, Marty was previously the President and Chief Executive Officer of the SBA Division of Evolve Bank & Trust, where his team was responsible for the risk management, closing, accounting, servicing, auditing and sales of GGL loans. Prior to Evolve, Marty was the Vice President of Small Business Lending at Magna Bank where he built the SBA lending department from its infancy to becoming the #1 SBA Lender in the Memphis market in just over one year. He has also held positions with GE Capital, GE Commercial Finance, GE Real Estate, and St. Albans Capital.

Dawn Golik Named Fresno SBA District Director

“Fresno is California’s fifth largest city and with SBA support, its small businesses are contributing to the region’s economic development at a rapid rate,” says SBA Region IX Administrator Michael Vallante. “Dawn will provide the dedicated leadership SBA needs to support Central California’s continued growth through entrepreneurship development, small business expansion, and job creation.”

Dawn has served as Fresno’s deputy district director since 2012, overseeing federal government contracting programs, counseling resources for small businesses and SBA’s loan programs, which provided a record $424 million in capital for Central California entrepreneurs in 2017.

A Fresno State graduate, Golik has held numerous leadership positions during her nearly 20-year federal government career. Previously the chief of public affairs for Veterans Administration’s Central California Healthcare System, she also served as a Community Builder Fellow for the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, where she led housing and economic development initiatives across the San Joaquin Valley.
