John Coad Named SBA National Sales Manager for Wells Fargo

Coad joins Wells Fargo after a 30-year career in commercial lending, 24 of those years with GE Capital where he was first introduced to SBA lending as Regional Sales Leader for GE Capital’s Small Business Finance Group in 1995. Coad held various regional and national sales leadership roles within GE Capital’s Business Property and Small Business Finance departments, focusing on SBA and conventional loan products. In his most recent position with GE, he led the East Coast loan origination team for the Franchise Finance division.

Jeff Russell Joins U.S. Bank SBA Division in Arizona

Jeffl has more than 31 years of combined credit and SBA financing experience, holding senior leadership positions at First International Bank and Bank ‘34. He holds bachelor’s degree in finance from Northwest Missouri State University and completed the Graduate School of Banking program at the University of Colorado.

Angelo Bernardo is a graduate of San Jose State University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Concentration in Accounting. He is also a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School (PCBS), a National Graduate School of Banking at the University of Washington in Bellevue, Washington, where he has been an instructor for the past nine years.

Angelo has over 26 years of financial experience, including over seven years as Vice President and Commercial Team Leader of Heritage Bank of Commerce in San Jose, where his market focus extended across the greater Bay Area. He also spent seven years employed with Pacific Western Bank/Comerica Bank in both Santa Cruz County and San Jose.

With more than 10 years in the banking industry, Li has experience in SBA commercial, commercial construction, commercial & industrial and small business lending. Li received his bachelor of arts degree in International Studies from Indiana University and currently resides in Los Angeles.

Ron Short – Vice President, SBA Business Development Officer

Short has more than 22 years of commercial real estate industry experience in SBA and conventional lending, including 14 years of direct SBA lending experience. Most recently, Short was a senior vice president for SBA business lending at California Bank and Trust in Cupertino.

A resident of Los Gatos, Short received his bachelor of arts degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Jeremy Wilson – Vice President, SBA Business Development Officer

Wilson has more than 16 years of commercial real estate industry experience in SBA and conventional lending. He received his bachelor of science degree in Business Management from California State University, San Marcos and resides in Vista.
