Larry Schwenn Named Vice President of Bank of Sun Prairie

James Swanson named vice president, loan officer at Harbor Community Bank

James has 30 years of experience in commercial and small business lending in Northeast Florida. He will be based at Harbor’s South St. Augustine branch on U.S. 1 South.

He has served for more than a decade on both the St. Johns County Housing Finance Authority board and the St. Augustine Employee Pension Fund board.
