Raymond Monahan promoted Chief Operating Officer of TMC Financing

“Ray has extensive SBA lending experience,” says TMC Founder and CEO Barbara Morrison. “Under his leadership, the servicing team made significant improvements in workflow efficiencies, documentation and compliance. His expertise also has helped minimize loss exposure for TMC and the SBA.”

Ray joined TMC in January 2014 as senior vice president/servicing department manager, successfully leading the reorganization of that department.

Ray began his finance career with SBA, serving as the chief of finance until 2003. He managed the SBA department at United American Bank, and served for nine years at Bridge Bank, first as SVP/credit administration officer then as SVP SBA department manager.

Mike Seeley Joins American Business Lending

Mike joins ABL as a vice president and will be based out of the Orlando, Florida-area, but will cover needs across the Southeastern United States.

Mike comes to ABL with more than 30 years of financial industry experience, with several positions focused on SBA lending, loan portfolio management, senior level bank management positions and extensive experience in training banking employees.

Matthew Greenberg Joins Fountainhead Commercial Capital as General Counsel

“Matthew has already become a critical member of our team as we ramp-up our efforts to build a top nationwide commercial lending company,” sys Chris Hurn, Fountainhead CEO. “He provides a depth of experience and an entrepreneurial spirit which will serve us well.”

Matthew will manage all of the company’s legal affairs and conduct loan closings.

Prior to joining Fountainhead, Matthew was an associate attorney with Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A. in Orlando where he practiced in the areas of general litigation, insurance and premises liability.
