Alex Sadas Appointed Vice President at Kitsap Bank

Alex Sadas has joined the Kitsap Bank as vice president and credit officer, and will be based out of the King County Loan Office in Bellevue, Washington. Sadas comes to the bank with over 23 years of experience in SBA lending and credit analysis. He has spent the past 15 years of his career in the Seattle and Bellevue business communities, most recently as assistant vice president, credit analyst and SBA underwriter at Homestreet Bank.

Heritage First Bank Announces Small Business Division

“We believe the SBA lending platform holds promise for many businesses in Rome and Floyd County, (Alabama)” says bank president Ryan Earnest.. “The origination, underwriting and settlement of SBA loans takes a considerable amount of time and understanding to successfully and compliantly produce, which is an area of expertise for Ronnie. The move to this position will allow him to dedicate his time and experience solely to the continued development of SBA loan solutions throughout our market. Also, veteran banker Michael Baker has joined Heritage First Bank and will serve as Senior Vice President and Business Development Officer at the Rome-based bank specializing in commercial lending.

St. Mary’s Credit Union Named SBA PLP Lender
