What happens at SBA Commercial Loan Service Centers?

SBA Commercial Loan Service Centers service SBA’s commercial loans, liquidate 504 Debenture loans, process guaranty purchase requests, and liquidate defaulted loans made under the SBA Express and Community Express programs. There are two SBA Commercial Loan Service Centers: Fresno, CA and Little Rock, AR.

The Fresno SBA Commercial Loan Service Center services a portfolio of 170,000+ government guaranteed loans valued at more than $25 billion, largely from the Western and Midwestern United States. Fresno services over 30,000 actions each year.

Optional Tour: Visit the new Fresno Center

The Fresno SBA Commercial Loan Service Center opened their new site in a beautiful old building, restored to its original 1920s Rail Road Warehouse grandeur, in a revitalized downtown area of Fresno. The latest technology assures faster and more efficient operations.

This is not an SBA sanctioned event.

However, we have left time in the morning so that you will be able to visit the Fresno Loan Servicing Center on your own.

To book your tour at the SBA Fresno Commercial Loan Service Center please contact Elisa Mendoza 559-262-4961 x 2758 elisa.mendoza@sba.gov.
