Stephanie Bitters Joins First Choice Bank as Senior Vice President of SBA Operations

With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Andrew Glatz has a proven track record of increasing sales and market share in a highly competitive industry through financial analysis and business development, with a concentrated focus on SBA lending. Most recently, Andrew served as Senior Vice President, SBA Manager at Colonial American Bank in Shrewsbury, NJ where he was recognized as “Breakthrough Lender of the Year.”

David L. Clerkin brings 10 years of financial services expertise to the Bank, with a concentrated focus on SBA underwriting.

Malcolm Richards Named Kansas City SBA District Director

“Malcolm Richards brings to our area extensive management and lending experience, a solid background in marketing SBA and an ability to build collaborative partnerships to increase public knowledge about SBA programs,” says Patricia Brown-Dixon, the SBA’s regional director for Iowa, Missouri, Kansas and Nebraska.

Malcolm has been with the SBA since 2009. He previously was acting deputy district director of the SBA’s New York District Office and also was a branch office director for the Buffalo office. Before that, he worked in banking, overseeing small business and commercial lending, investments and strategic planning.

Doug Cullinan Named National Sales Director of Paragon Small Business Capital Group

Gregory Gould Named Vice President and SBA Officer at Webster Bank

Gregory Gould, of Cranston, has joined the bank in a new position as vice president and SBA officer. He is responsible for seeking new SBA relationships and opportunities.

Prior to joining Webster, Gould worked in the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Providence office as a lender-relations specialist and at the Main Small Business Development Center, where he counseled businesses on access to capital.
