Brad Heritage Named Sr. VP, Business Development of Northeast Bank’s SBA Lending Division
“We are excited to have Brad join Northeast Bank. With his extensive experience in small business lending and leveraging technology to facilitate borrower acquisition, Brad will be a valuable addition to our SBA Lending Division,” says Richard Wayne, President and CEO of the Maine-based band.
He comes to Northeast Bank with over ten years of experience in the financial services sector, with a focus on nationwide lending to small businesses and utilizing online lending platforms to improve the borrower experience.
Brad joins the Bank from Funding Circle USA, located in San Francisco, where he served as the Director of Borrower Sales and Sales Productivity. Brad received his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College, where he was the Captain of the Men’s Lacrosse Team and President of Theta Delta Chi Fraternity. He currently serves on the Alumni Advisory Board of both the Men’s Lacrosse Program and the Alumni Corporation Board of Theta Delta Chi.

Roger Schlueter Joins Bank Star as Loan Officer
“Roger brings substantial experience in small business lending,” says bank President Al Baldwin of the Missouri-based bank.
“He is considered an expert in originating and approving SBA loans in his position with the Economic Development Corporation of Jefferson County.”
Roger has an undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri, St. Louis. He also earned a master’s degree in business administration at Lindenwood University.
