Lawsuit Claims Kris Spent:

• $11 Million in Luxury Vehicles

• $4.4 Million in Luxury Watches, Jewelry and Antiques

• $835,000 in Private Jet Travel

These fraud allegations have serious implications for the loan broker industry. Kris is the founder of the largest loan broker training company Commercial Alliance Training. He has successfully promoted himself as the face of the loan broker industry for over a decade.

He is the Founder of the largest small business lending loan broker conference in Las Vegas matching brokers with lenders. This year’s NACLB 10th annual conference is expected to draw over 2,000 attendees and is scheduled for November with George Foreman as Keynote Speaker.

With the Trustee eyeing NACLB assets the status of the event is unknown.

Kris’s Car Cave

The court ordered Roglieri to temporarily restrain from “transferring, selling, disposing, or encumbering” the above vehicles. Further, he must “immediately cease driving said vehicles or exposing them to any damage or depreciation, and shall immediately turn over to the Receiver the insurance policies,” (Civil Complaint).
