Craig Samson Named Senior Vice President, Business Development Officer at Business Finance Capital

Craig Samson is a business development executive with over a decade of experience in commercial real estate financing and infrastructure-focused enterprise, specializing SBA 504 owner-occupied commercial and industrial projects. He previously served as Vice President of Business Development at California Statewide CDC, where he worked closely with borrowers, lenders, and referral partners to structure effective financing solutions and guide transactions from loan initiation through closing with a strong emphasis on transparency, compliance, and speed. Known for his collaborative approach and for being a seasoned commercial real estate lender, Samson developed a reputation for supporting businesses and communities across California.
Earlier in his career, Craig was Managing Partner and Marketing Manager at Superpave Construction in the Philippines, where he worked extensively with the Department of Public Works and developed deep expertise in public-private partnerships and large-scale infrastructure projects. George Christidis Named Business Development Officer at Business Finance Capital

George Christidis is a highly personable executive with more than 20 years of experience spanning finance, SBA commercial lending, operations management, and information technology. He recently served as a Senior SBA 504 Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer covering California, Arizona, and Nevada, specializing in complex and hard-to-place transactions, eligibility consulting, credit memo support, and owner-occupied and specialty-use properties.
Previously, he co-founded Universal Financial Systems and served as COO, leading daily operations, financial analysis and forecasting, compliance, HR, and business development while advising medical practices on growth, revenue optimization, lending, and acquisitions. His background also includes senior operational and financial leadership roles overseeing large real estate and hospitality developments, managing multimillion-dollar budgets, and directing cross-functional teams across construction, food service, and property operations. Earlier in his career, he held director-level IT and business analyst roles where he streamlined infrastructure, financial reporting, and process flows across legal, medical, and technology organizations. Together, his experience blends lending expertise, operational leadership, compliance, and technical insight to drive complex projects and financing solutions from concept through execution.
