Armen Madatyan Joins TMC Financing’s Southern California Team as SVP of Business Development

Armen is an industry professional with over 18 years of experience providing financing to small businesses. Most recently, Madatyan worked at another Certified Development Company and prior to that, at a bank specializing in small business loans. Madatyan has helped over 1,000 small businesses secure nearly $3 billion in SBA 504 commercial real estate financing. As a top producer with unmatched industry knowledge, he has a reputation for ensuring positive outcomes for both his clients and lending partners.

In his role at TMC Financing, Madatyan will continue to promote economic development and foster growth throughout California’s small business communities via the SBA 504 Program.

Justin received his B.S. in Business Administration from East Tennessee State University and brings with him 15 years of banking experience in the Washington County area. Additionally, he has a broad resume of community involvement including membership in the Jonesborough Kiwanis Club and coaching soccer with Johnson City Parks and Recreation.
