VelocitySBA Welcomes Brent Ciurlino as Chief Operation and Risk Officer

With over 30 years’ experience in the financial industry, Brent Ciurlino is no stranger to SBA lending. Brent has served as both a Deputy Director and Corporate Manager at FDIC, ultimately supervising 165 distressed institutions with an asset portfolio of $150 Billion, as well as Director at the Office of Credit Risk Management at the US Small Business Administration.

Brent has held numerous executive roles at financial institutions across the Eastern seaboard, focusing primarily on Risk and Operations. Most recently, he served as EVP/CRO at Blue Foundry Bank in the New York City metropolitan area.

Tracey Tucker joins 44 Business Capital’s Denver Area Office as First Vice President, SBA Lending

Tracey has over 25 years of SBA 7a and 504 lending experience and is well recognized in the Colorado market for being a top lender for small businesses. A graduate of Creighton University, Tracey works passionately with entrepreneurs with a consultative approach by closely listening to borrowers to meet their financial goals whether simple or complex.

Tracey started her SBA career as an underwriter for Norwest Bank. Prior to 44 Business Capital, she was a Senior SBA Lender for Continental Bank and has served as Vice President of SBA Lending at Wells Fargo, Bank of the West, Wachovia and Heller Financial. Her emphasis has been on commercial real estate, business acquisition and franchises.

Paul DePasquale Joins First Internet Bank’s SBA Lending Team as Senior Business Development Officer

Mr. DePasquale brings extensive knowledge of restaurant and franchise acquisition loans. His background with business and real estate brokers, coupled with his ability to oversee the loan process from start to finish will benefit a wide range of clients. He most recently served as Vice President, SBA Specialist for Gulf Coast Small Business Lending. Previous employers include Florida First Capital Finance Corporation and Wells Fargo Bank. Paul is an alumnus of Rochester Institute of Technology.
