Heritage Southeast Bank Hires DeeDee McIntyre as Senior SBA and USDA Lender

“DeeDee has a deep knowledge of SBA loans and standard operating procedures as well as a thorough banking and lending background,” says Leonard Moreland, CEO of Heritage Southeast Bank. “She has earned many awards for her work and brings strong knowledge and insight to our team.”

McIntyre is an accomplished business-focused banker who specializes in government guaranteed lending programs. She has worked in SBA and commercial lending positions throughout her career and recently served on the University of Georgia Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Statewide Advisory Council. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Piedmont College and a Master of Business Administration in Supply Chain Management from Clayton State University.

At Southeast Bank, McIntyre will be responsible for generating new SBA and USDA B&I loan opportunities. She will be based at the bank’s corporate office in McDonough, Georgia.

James Stolt Joins 44 Business Capital as Vice President of SBA Lending

Stolt joins 44 Business Capital with over 30 years of experience in the finance industry. He began his career in 1988 with GE Capital working on large commercial transactions in various capacities. Since 2004 he has been solely focused on SBA Financing concentrating on business acquisitions, commercial real estate, and franchises. Prior to joining 44 Business Capital, Stolt was a Senior SBA Lender with Busey Bank and has served as Vice President of SBA Lending at Comerica Bank, Wells Fargo, The Bancorp, and Radius Bank. 

Stolt earned his MS in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University and his BS in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University. He has used his SBA knowledge to conduct seminars with trade associations and community college events illustrating not only the benefits of SBA lending but also how to best use it as a tool to launch, acquire and grow a business.

Stolt will be working out of 44 Business Capital’s new branch in Chicago.

Dan Timm Joins Bank of Wisconsin Dells 

Dan Timm joins Bank of Wisconsin Dells as vice president and commercial loan officer at the bank’s Portage branch. Timm brings more than 35 years of commercial lending experience and more than 25 years of SBA lending experience to the Portage community. In this role, Timm will work with commercial small business customers and assist them in attaining their financial goals.

In his spare time, Timm enjoys spending time outdoors with his family.
