Jenny Tice Joins Capital Access Group as BDO

Her skills complement our existing business development team.”

“I joined the banking industry right out of college and immediately started working with small business owners,” says Jenny. “I love working with businesses through the different phases of growth, because it is always an exciting time when the business is growing, adding new employees, or purchasing new equipment or a new facility. I enjoy hearing their stories—it always inspires me.”

“I was attracted to Capital Access Group because of their great reputation and the experienced staff members, many whom have a long tenure in the industry, and also because I love the work they do with growing businesses,” she adds.

Jenny possesses seven years of experience in the banking industry, most recently at First Republic Bank, as well as at City National Bank and Wells Fargo Bank.

Opus Bank Adds Jennifer Foster, Nicole Nilos to SBA Development Roster

Jennifer Foster joins Opus most recently from City National Bank, where from 2017 she served as Vice President, Senior Relationship Manager.

While at City National Bank, Jennifer focused on developing client relationships with business and commercial clients and professional services firms in the San Fernando Valley and Santa Clarita Valley regions of Los Angeles County.

Jennifer began her commercial banking career with Wells Fargo in 1997, where she served as a Commercial Loan Officer, and began her banking career with Great Western Savings Bank.
Jennifer graduated Magna cum Laude with a BA in English from the University of Pittsburgh.

Nicole Nilos joins Opus most recently from City National Bank, where from 2016 she served as Vice President, Senior Relationship Manager.

Nicole began her banking career in 2005. She is is active in the community, serving as Career Pathways Committee Member and Chancellor’s Circle Member at the College of the Canyons, and Chair of the Education Committee of the Valley Industry Association, where she received the Valley Community Leadership Award and was nominated as Business Volunteer of the Year.

Nicole holds a BA in Marketing and Public Relations from Ashford University and is currently pursuing a MBA degree from Pepperdine University.

Karen Minton Named Business Loan Specialist at Southeast Kentucky EDC

“Karen’s expertise in loan processing will give our lending department the boost it needs to close loans at a faster rate, giving our clients the money they need in a more timely and competitive fashion,” says Executive Director Brett Traver. “We are always happy to bring more local talent into our pool of professionals. I look forward to working with Karen.”

“Nonprofit lending is a whole new direction in my life,” says Karen. “This new position will be challenging and rewarding for me. I’m excited to get to know the people SKED is helping grow their businesses through its loan programs.”

Minton has worked at several local banks over the years in a number of capacities. She brings experience in commercial lending, loan processing and expertise in USDA, VA, FHA and and conventional loans. She work most recently at the Casey County Bank in Liberty, Ky.
