Jerry J. Price, Jr. joins First Bank of the Lake
Jerry J. Price, Jr. has joined First Bank of the Lake’s SBA lending team as Vice President, SBA Healthcare Business Development Officer. In his new role at First Bank of the Lake, Price will be responsible for creating loan opportunities in health care lending by capitalizing on his extensive background focused in Dental and Veterinary Lending.

Price earned a bachelor’s degree in Family Financial Management from Ohio State University in
December 1999 and previously held an Ohio Life and Health License, Series 6 Securities License and Series Blue Sky License.

Bobby Goff joins First Bank of the Lake
Bobby Goff has joined First Bank of the Lake’s SBA lending team
as Vice President and Business Development Officer. In his new role, Goff will be responsible for commercial loan growth, working closely with industry leaders and clients.
Goff has over 35 years of banking experience, in both financing investment properties, and for the last 30 years exclusively financing small businesses through government guaranteed lending programs. Over his career, Goff has specialized in hospitality loans but also has expertise in general lending.

Berkshire Bank names Jim Morris Regional President
Jim Morris has been named regional president of Berkshire Bank. Berkshire Bank was the top Albany-area SBA lender in 2019, having approved 28 SBA loans worth $14.62 million.
Morris is one of eight regional presidents that Berkshire promoted throughout its Northeast footprint. The regional president is responsible for supporting all lines of work including wealth management, insurance, commercial real estate and the branch network.
“It’s to make sure that as we continue to grow our team of talented bankers here and grow the number of customers and clients we serve that we stay rooted in the community. That’s the reason for the position,” says Morris. “We stay a true community bank for as large as we get.”
Morris has a bachelor’s degree from SUNY New Paltz and is a former Business Review 40 Under 40 honoree. Morris and his wife, Deb, are also the owners of a specialty chocolate store in North Creek near Gore Mountain.
