John Bickley Joins Entegra Bank as Director of SBA Lending
Roger Plemens, President and Chief Executive Officer of the North Carolina-based bank, says, “We are excited to add John to our team and look forward to expanding our SBA lending opportunities. John comes to Entegra after serving as the SBA Director at several financial institutions in South Carolina. His 30 year career has included extensive experience building and growing SBA lending teams which were spread over multiple states.
Brian McClendon Joins ReadyCap Lending as SoCal Sr. BDO

Throughout his loan origination career, McClendon has consistently been a top producer, financing over $250 million in SBA-guaranteed loans. He has been recognized as a top producer by the SBA’s San Diego District Office. Most recently, he served as Vice President/SBA Business Development Officer at HomeStreet Bank. Over the years, McClendon has also served in various leadership roles managing SBA loan origination teams in San Diego County.
Miriam Torres Joins CDC Small Business Finance
Miriam Torres, a 13-year veteran of banking and financial services, has joined the nonprofit CDC Small Business Finance as a commercial loan officer to provide SBA financing and other capital to small businesses in San Diego and Imperial counties.
Torres will focus on providing small business entrepreneurs a variety of financing options, including SBA Community Advantage loans and SBA Microloans. She will also provide access to CDC’s proprietary FastFund and Small Business Finance Fund.
Prior to joining CDC, Torres worked at JPMorgan Chase, where she provided lending services to businesses with revenues ranging from $3 million to $20 million.
Capital Growth Solutions Names Jen Houck SVP of Credit and Closing, Tammie Dillard as a SBA Credit Analyst.
