John Daniels joins First Internet Bank’s SBA Lending Team

John Daniels has joined First Internet Bank’s SBA Lending team. Serving as Vice President, Senior Business Development Officer, he will focus on delivering lending solutions to emerging small businesses.

“We continue to build a talented team of SBA lending professionals, dedicated to making capital more readily accessible to small businesses nationwide,” says Mark Gibson, National Sales Manager for SBA Lending at First Internet Bank. “John’s extensive experience with small businesses allows him to serve as an insightful advisor to his clients.”

“Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to work with, and learn from, many talented entrepreneurs across a wide range of businesses,” says Daniels. “This experience has allowed me to better understand what small businesses need to succeed. I’m excited to be part of the SBA team and look forward to partnering with new clients.”

Daniels comes to First Internet Bank from Advantage Capital. His previous experience includes Commercial Lending leadership positions with Old Second National Bank, Royal Savings Bank, and Citibank. Daniels is a graduate of Northern Illinois University and the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois.

Dave Hrabrich Joins First Bank of the Lake

Dave Hrabrich has joined First Bank of the Lake’s SBA Lending team as its newest Vice President and Business Development Officer. In this role, Hrabrich will be responsible for cultivating franchisor relationships and capitalizing on his strong track record in the franchise arena.

Hrabrich has over 20 years of experience in the franchise finance industry with both conventional and government-guaranteed lending. Over the years, he has underwritten, credit approved, or originated over $700 million in funded capital to franchise owner/operators for acquisitions, refinancing, new unit construction and major reimaging. Hrabrich has also personally benefited from the SBA 7(a) loan program when he was a franchise business owner of Sport Clips.

“Dave is a dynamic and knowledgeable lender with years of experience. His background as a previous franchise business owner coupled with his extensive expertise in the franchise finance industry is an asset to First Bank of the Lake,” says Annemarie Murphy, Executive Vice President of First Bank of the Lake. “Dave is a top performer who has proven to be a trusted advisor to his clients.
