BFC CDC Welcomes Lee Kleinman as New Business Development Officer
BFC has announced that Lee Kleinman will serve as its newest Business Development Officer. At BFC, Kleinman will focus on business and economic development in northern Los Angeles, throughout the San Fernando Valley, and in surrounding areas. Kleinman will be responsible for sourcing new lending opportunities and will be involved in the entire process from A to Z to ensure his clients’ lending needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Kleinman has over 30 years of lending experience. Prior to joining BFC, Kleinman served as a Wells Fargo team member where he was responsible for providing the capital needed for operating businesses through Conventional, SBA 504 and SBA 7(a) lending programs.
CIT Names David Bagatelle Head of Relationship Commercial Banking, Eastern Region
CIT has announced that David S. Bagatelle will serve as their new head of Relationship Commerical Banking for the Eastern region. In his new role, Bagatelle will deliver an integrated product to small and midsized businesses, as well as their owners and senior managers.
“Dave is a seasoned banker with a distinguished track record, and we are pleased to have him join the CIT team as we continue to expand our commercial banking capabilities and further deepen our client relationships,” says CIT Bank President, Robert Rubino. “Dave will build on our East Coast banking capabilities through a high-touch service model to deliver small and midsized businesses a more direct banking relationship.”
Crestmark Welcomes Jon Ellis to Expanding Renewable Energy Division
At Crestmark, Jon Ellis will strategically increase a company’s focus on financing for the renewable energy landscape.
