Mark Schulte Joins Stone Bank
Vinny Muratore, President of Stone Bank’s SBA Division, says veterann SBA Lender Mark Schulte has joined the Arkansas-based bank.
Mark has been involved in government guaranteed lending since 1989. He began his career with Charlotte State Bank in Port Charlotte, Florida where he learned SBA 7a and 504 lending to Small Businesses.
In 1993 Mark relocated to South Florida and became the area Business Development Officer for two SBA powerhouse institutions, including one that is now Bank of the Ozarks. Mark originated, processed and closed SBA 7a and 504 loans all across Florida.
He has also been involved in USDA Business and Industry government-guaranteed Lending.
In 2011 Mark went to Fifth Third Bank where he was the Government-Guaranteed Lending Specialist for Central Florida and then South Florida where he supported as many as 18 commercial lenders with his SBA expertise.
In 2014 he took on the role of Relationship Manager for Seacoast National Bank where he originated and managed a portfolio of conventional as well as SBA loans.
When he is not working on his SBA loan volume Mark enjoys world travel and high-speed driving events with the Porsche Club of America.
Asif Fazal Joins Harvest Small Business Finance as SVP for the South

Harvest Names David Coletti as SVP in East Region
David is an experienced and successful business banking professional and commercial lender, who has worked in the industry for over 15 years. He comes to Harvest from Santander Bank, where he was Vice President and Relationship Manager of Business Banking and responsible for a portfolio of commercial customers in the $5MM to $30MM revenue segment.
David graduated from Endicott College, Boston, MA with a B.S. Business Administration. He currently lives north of the City of Boston with his wife Nancy and their two sons Peter (20) and Anthony (15).
Rahul Barot Named SVP and BDO for Seacoast Commerce Bank in Chicago

Rahul has over 15+ years of banking experience in a community bank environment. He began his career in financial services in 2004 with Parth Consultants, Inc., providing SBA 7(a) packaging services for borrowers and lenders after graduating from Drexel University. He went on to work for American Enterprise Bank for the last 12 years, serving in several roles during his tenure there. Over the years, he has worked in closing, servicing, and business development, and for the last 8 years he was a player/coach for American Enterprise Bank managing their SBA operations and personally generating $15 million + in annual SBA loan production.
