Our model is to continue to grow into key markets nationally and leverage these vast sources of experience and industry wisdom.”

“I’m very excited to join the ReadyCap team,” says Christy. “My team and I are ready to combine our service and expertise with the entrepreneurial spirit of the ReadyCap SBA team to provide our small business clients and referral partners an exceptional experience.”

Throughout her SBA career, Lester has consistently been a top producer working for several top 10 National SBA Lenders. She has been recognized as an influential member of the SBA lending community, speaking on SBA lending panels and educational presentations to referral partners. Most recently, she served as SVP SBA Business Development for Celtic Bank.

Rick McMann Joins ReadyCap Lending

“We are very excited to bring Rick on board, he is a proven leader and top producer,” says Mark Gibson, National Sales Manager of ReadyCap Lending.

“Additionally his well-executed knowledge in the SBA arena adds to our foundation of industry expertise that will help us achieve our next milestones and continue our trajectory as one of the fastest emerging national SBA resources. Our model is to continue to grow into key markets nationally and leverage these vast sources of experience and industry wisdom.”

Throughout his loan origination career, McMann has consistently been a top producer, financing over $400 million in loans. He has been recognized as a top SBA loan producer in both the Colorado and California markets during his career.

Most recently, he served as Vice President/SBA Business Development Officer at US Bank, where he won the highly sought after “Annual Pinnacle” award two consecutive years for the top four SBA BDOs in the country. Sean Waybright Joins Paragon as Vice President and Business Development Officer

“With his commitment to the industry and desire to expand the small business community, Sean is an instant asset to the team,” says Robert Shaw, Chief Executive Officer at Paragon Bank. “We’re excited for the knowledge he brings to the table as we increase our business offerings in the Greater Denver area.”

As Vice President and Business Development Officer, Sean is responsible for the origination and nurturing of SBA loans, as well as building new relationships for Paragon. Waybright will work alongside an SBA closer to cover the growing Denver market.

He received his Bachelor of Science in business from Colorado State University, where he also minored in economics.

Core Bank Gets PLP

“Small businesses are the heart of any community, creating jobs and growing the local economy,” says John Sorrell, President and Chief Executive Officer for Core Bank. “They have unique needs that large businesses don’t and an SBA loan can provide that support.”

“This elite status gives customers the confidence to know their loan is being processed and serviced by an experienced and knowledgeable group of local SBA experts,” says Jason Moxness, Kansas City Market President. “It reduces the time and potential stress of additional steps for loan approval.”

Headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska, Core Bank recently expanded to Overland Park, Kansas with a Loan Production Office specializing in SBA lending. The robust team, led by Moxness, is comprised of a group of the Kansas City metro’s top SBA loan originators.
