VelocitySBA Hires Sal Gomez as New Business Relationship Manager
VelocitySBA – a national small business lending firm – welcomes Sal Gomez as the new VP and Business Relationship Manager.
Gomez has been supporting small to middle-market business communities as an SBA lending professional for over 15 years. He has served as a nationally top-ranked producer at several national banks and has extensive experience supporting borrowers in the aerospace, manufacturing and healthcare industries.
Gomez will be working out of VelocitySBA’s newest branch in downtown Los Angeles.
SBA Announces the Hiring of New North Carolina Senior Area Manager
The SBA has announced that Sharon K. Harvey will serve as the new Senior Area Manager for Asheville, North Carolina.
Harvey is a native of Indianapolis, Indiana. She joined the SBA Indiana District Office in 2008 as the public information officer and assumed the role of economic development specialist in 2014.
Harvey loves working with people, especially, when she can help them solve business problems or assist in their entrepreneurial goals.

Amanda Aaron joins SouthStar Bank as Vice President of Lending.
Aaron has over 15 years of experience specializing in SBA lending and conventional commercial loan financing.
At SouthStar Bank, Aaron will specialize in SBA 504, 7a and Express loans. She plans on partnering with local businesses to provide financing solutions and enhance options for real estate investors throughout the Austin area.
