Union Bank Announces the Hiring of Scott Cisneros
Scott Cisneros joins Union Bank with 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. He has an associate degree in Business Administration and Liberal Arts from Sierra College and a California Real Estate License. Cisneros is Treasurer of the Placer County Farm Bureau and a member of the Rotary Club. He is married with two children.

Regions Bank Hires Brad Bunt as New SBA Commercial Banker
Bunt has nearly three decades of experience with SBA lending and previously served as Director of the North Central Texas Small Business Development Center.

Elisabeth Williams Named VP of SBA 504 Lending at SomerCor
Elisabeth (Lis) Williams joins Chicago-based SBA Certified Development Company, SomerCor, as vice president of SBA 504 Lending.

CIT Names Ken Martin Managing Director of Small Business Solutions Unit
Martin joins CIT from Berkshire Bank (formerly Savings Institute Bank & Trust Company) where he most recently served as a regional president. At CIT, Martin will lead the strategy and operation of the digital small business financing department.

First Business Bank Promotes Erik Rajek
First Business Bank, part of the First Business Financial Services, Inc., family of companies, is pleased to announce the promotion of Erik Rajek to the position of Director of SBA Credit.
Erik joined First Business in 2018 as an SBA Business Development Officer. In his new role of Director of SBA Credit, he will manage the SBA credit underwriting process and the SBA underwriting team.
Prior to First Business, Erik gained 10 years of credit management experience with his most recent position of Credit and Government Guaranteed Lending Manager. In 2016, he was recognized as one of the Wausau region’s “20 Under 40.”
