Quinn joined PCFS Solutions in 2015 as the company’s Executive Vice President overseeing product planning and development strategy. Prior to joining PCFS, Quinn spent 14 years at Ingram Micro as a marketing executive responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences through integrated sales and marketing systems development.
Bob Cota has assumed the role of President Emeritus and will continue to serve on PCFS Solutions’ Board of Directors. Both appointments were effective as of June 1, 2017.

Michelle Jones Named Vice President and SBA Portfolio Manager for Lakeland Bank

Michelle Jones has been hired as Vice President, SBA Portfolio Manager for the Ocean County Commercial Lending Team based in Jackson, N.J. Joining Lakeland with more than 15 years of industry experience.

She was most recently an Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer for First Commerce Bank in Lakewood and prior to that was a Vice President, Community Bank Executive with The Bank of Princeton. Jones earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Rider University.

She has been a member of the Lakewood UEZ Finance Committee since 2013 and is a former member of the Mercer County Regional Chamber of Commerce serving on the Young Business Leaders Council, Project Committee and Communications Committee. Jones is a resident of Allentown, N.J.

She remains committed to strengthening her community, publishing real estate articles and delivering speeches about small business lending while providing her insights to law firms, CPA firms, local Chicago agencies, the Association of Industrial Realtors. She also has presented on SBA at a convention for International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Rhonda lives with her husband and daughter in Chicago.

Glenn began his banking career thirteen years ago as an underwriter for one of the largest community bank small business lenders in the industry, Temecula Valley Bank. Weisberg then spent ten years with Wells Fargo’s SBA lending division where he served the small and medium sized business markets refining his skills in business development, underwriting, analysis, and the loan closing process for commercial real estate and business transactions. He consistently maintained a national ranking as one of the top lenders in the country.
