Stone Bank Recognized as Top Arkansas SBA Lender

Stone Bank was recently recognized by the Arkansas Division of the U.S. Small Business Administration as being the top SBA lender in Arkansas in the category of banks with assets between $250 million and $4 billion. Stone Bank ranks as the number 64 SBA lender in the United States and is designated a Preferred Lender by the SBA.

The award was presented at a recent meeting of the Arkansas Community Bankers Association in Little Rock. The award was presented to Stone Bank President and Chief Lending Officer Nick Roach and the bank’s SBA Division President, Vinny Muratore by Edward Haddock, District Director for the Arkansas District of the SBA.

Texas Capital Bank Welcomes Suzanna Caballero as New SVP of SBA Lending

Texas Capital Bank has appointed Suzanna Caballero as senior vice president and sales leader of SBA lending.

Throughout her banking career, Caballero has successfully led multiple lending teams and is a recognized expert in small business lending, providing guidance to business owners at all growth stages.

Caballero is an active member of her community. In the past, she has served as a board member for Mission Capital, Mueller Foundation, Communities in Schools Central Texas and Leadership Austin.

Suzanna is excited to apply her leadership and strategic planning skills to help Texas Capital Bank clients reach their goals.

Elaine Fairman Elected to NADCO Board of Directors

Elaine Fairman is a graduate of Coastal Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She then attended Winthrop University and earned a Master of Business Administration.

Since 1987, Fairman has worked for 3 non-profit economic development lenders in the Carolinas: Catawba Regional Development Corporation in Rock Hill, SC; Self-Help Ventures Fund, based in Durham; and now Business Expansion Funding Corporation in Charlotte.

Her SBA 504 program experience spans marketing, underwriting, loan packaging, closing, servicing, Board relations, compliance, advocacy, and now senior management.

Fairman is a Board member for the Charlotte Chapter of the Risk Management Association. She has held numerous volunteer leadership positions in public education, having chaired or co-chaired PTOs and School Leadership Teams at 3 schools. She is currently a member of her church’s Finance Team (immediate past Chairperson) and is now the Chairperson of the church’s Preschool Board.
