Trae Dorough Named Coleman SBA Rural Lender of the Year

Trae Dorough is the Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of Touchmark Bank in Georgia.

Trae started his banking career at the age of 17

He has been involved in community banking and government guaranteed lending for most of his career.

Currently manages all of the banks lending functions, continues to produce loans on a personal level, and is responsible for the Banks overall loan production efforts on a national scale for SBA 7(a), SBA 504, and USDA Lending.

He personally produced over $130,000,000 in loans during his six year tenure at Touchmark National Bank.

Walter Dyminski Named VP of new BankFirst SBA Lending Division

BankFirst announced that it has expanded its business banking solutions to offer SBA 7a, and 504 loans to small business owners throughout Mississippi and Alabama. With a retail branch network in central Mississippi and Alabama, BankFirst’s entrance into SBA lending allows the Company to better serve its existing communities as well as develop a southeastern footprint to offer loan products that help small business owners who may not qualify for conventional loans.

Walter Dyminski has over 22 years of experience in SBA lending, has held various senior commercial lending positions at a number of financial institutions. Dyminski is a graduate of University of Tampa where he holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in finance.

Tye Massey Named Senior Vice President of Paragon Small Business Capital

Paragon Small Business Capital Group, a division of Paragon Bank, announces the promotion Tye Massey to Senior Vice President. Massey will continue to report to Charles Yorke, President at Paragon Small Business Capital Group.

In addition to his promotion, Massey was named as a Coleman 2018 Emerging SBA Lender of the Year, which recognizes outstanding SBA professionals under 40. Recipients of this award were nominated for showing expertise and a positive impact in SBA lending and the small business community.

Mike Shepston Joins Live Oak Bank — Live Oak Bank Expands Lending Services

Mike Shepston joins the SBA team as a senior loan officer and his primary focus includes owner-occupied commercial real estate, ground-up construction and business acquisitions. Shepston is one of seven specialists on the General SBA Lending team based across the country, and he will serve business owners in the Phoenix area.

Live Oak Bank also announces Angus McDonald will lead the Commercial Real Estate division as general manager. She has almost 20 years of real estate financing experience working with developers and owners to leverage the capital they need to build commercial space from beginning to completion.
