Warren Baas Joins First Business Bank as Vice President of SBA Lending

Warren Baas graduated with a business degree from Baylor University and began his career as a physical commodities trader, while helping friends and family develop business concepts in his free time. He and his wife, Kelsey, funded and started a physical therapy clinic in Waco, TX, prompting a move from Houston. The experience inspired him to make a career change to help business owners succeed and grow. SBA lending was a perfect fit and natural extension of his ability and instincts. His experience as both a small business lender and a small business owner gives him unique insight into the daily struggles of the small business owner.

In addition to working with business owners, Warren enjoys cooking and kitchen gadgets, the Detroit Red Wings, exercise and playing sports, ice cream, and family time.

Michael Donato to Head SBA Lending Team at Univest

Univest Bank and Trust Co. has enhanced its commitment to SBA lending and appointed an expanded SBA lending team which will be lead by Michael Donato.

Donato brings more than 34 years of experience in the financial services industry to his role at Univest with 23 of those years dedicated exclusively to SBA lending. Most recently, Donato served as national director of SBA sales for Citizen’s Bank.

Donato resides in Limerick, Pennsylvania. Heis an active member of the community and currently serves as the treasurer for the Arden Theatre Company.

Lindsey Hagerty joins Evolve Bank as a Business Development Officer

Lindsey Hagerty has joined Evolve Bank & Trust’s SBA Lending Division as a Business Development Officer.

Hugerty has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services sector. Most recently, she served as SBA Vice President and Regional Sales Manager of the Midwest Territory for First Bank. Hugerty has held a variety of positions at Byline Bank, Huntington Bank, and Sky Bank.

Hagerty graduated attended San Diego State University and currently resides in Youngstown, Ohio
