Maine-based Northeast Bank Hires Seven SBA BDOs

Deborah comes to Celtic Bank from Anchorage, Alaska where she served as State Director for the Alaska Small Business Development Center. At AKSBDC, Deborah managed a multi-million dollar budget and a statewide team of over 30 employees. She has more than 20 years’ experience working with small businesses including owning her own consulting business assisting women and minority business owners with SBA 8(a) and other government certifications. Deborah’s areas of expertise include SBA programs for lending and certification, strategic planning, sales, and management. She holds a BA from the University of Alaska Anchorage.
