Coleman’s Certified SBA One Loan Origination Training Program
Course Begins December 8, 2016
Mandatory Deadlines have been announced: Effective August 1, 2016 all SBA 7(a) GP loans processed by PLP lenders MUST be submitted via the SBA One loan platform.
Beginning October 1, 2016 ALL GP loans MUST be submitted via the SBA One loan platform. The deadline applies to ALL SBA 7(a) lenders, PLP or not.
And it is anticipated SBA will soon announce when lenders must use SBA One for PLP-approved SBA 7(a) loans.
Our 8-week on-demand online course will turn your staff into loan processing SBA One gurus that will be able to confidently process PLP, GP and Express 7(a) loans, regardless of the complexity.
The result: Speedier closings giving you a competitive advantage in the marketplace and elimination of mistakes that cause SBA repairs and guaranty denials.
How to get certified? The online training consists of approximately one hour of video divided into five or six sessions. Reading assignments, quizzes, and homework assignments complete the learning experience. BONUS! Every Thursday at 1 p.m. Eastern we host an office hour where you can get SBA-related question answered by your instructors.
Best of all, this training is only $995 per participant (multiple registrations from the same organization each receive an additional $100 discount). View a quick preview of the course here.

This SBA One course has helped me in so many more ways than I ever expected, and want to extend my gratitude. You guys are great! Alicia K, Loan Documentation Processor
Thanks for the info, much appreciated. Thank you again for a great course. I must admit my initial scepticism of any online class. Your format and delivery was dead on! I liked the video modules, reading assignments, and the office hours really tied things together. Thanks again! — Ben Kirker
Thank you for the Class, I thoroughly enjoyed and have taken a lot away. Your course will make me a better SBA liquidator which will effectively save the Bank of North Carolina money, time, and energy in liquidating their SBA credits. Thank You! — Bill Kerns, Vice President, Special Assets, Bank of North Carolina
Coleman’s SBA 7(a) Loan Underwriter course was a great investment! Bob’s thorough presentation of SBA’s requirements for underwriting and processing 7(a) loan applications, together with the real life case studies, increased my confidence that I can do SBA 7(a) lending right! It was a very beneficial ten weeks!
