Michael Johnson Joins Celtic Bank’s SBA Lending Team
“I am thrilled that Michael has joined our nationwide SBA lending team,” says Christy Lester, Senior Vice President of SBA Lending at Celtic Bank. “Michael’s financial services background and his experience consulting with small business owners will serve us well as he works to increase the bank’s SBA loan production.”
Most recently, Johnson worked as an independent commercial loan broker originating SBA 7(a) and 504 loans for small business owners throughout the country.
Douglas J. Kramer Confirmed as Deputy Administrator of SBA

Prior to this role, he was Counselor to SBA Administrator Maria Contreras-Sweet, where he advised on day-to-day management operations of the SBA and the agency’s efforts to support the growth and success of American small businesses.

Brown has over 25 years of comprehensive lending experience, extensively in the SBA arena. Prior to joining ReadyCap Lending, LLC, Brown served as Vice President for Texas First Bank focused on SBA commercial real estate financing.
Brown currently serves as President of the Houston Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders (HAGGL), providing community support to Regional SBA Lenders.
