Rich has thirty years of experience in the banking and finance industry. He spent a significant portion of that time in executive positions with both Banks and CDCs focused on work related to building the SBA 504 lending program in Northern California.

Jennifer Named SVP, SBA Senior Credit Officer at BankUnited

BankUnited announced the hiring of Jennifer McConnell as Senior Vice President – SBA Senior Credit Officer for its Small Business Finance division, based in Franklin, Tennessee.

Jennifer brings more than 20 years of banking and credit experience to her new position, where she will be responsible for overseeing a team of veteran SBA underwriters and portfolio managers, structuring financing transactions, as well as approving and underwriting credit. She joins BankUnited SBF from First Tennessee Bank in Franklin, where she served most recently as Senior Vice President – Senior Credit Manager.

She earned her bachelor’s degree from Centre College, Danville, Ky.

Main Street Bank Announces Hiring Of Jim Kinnaird As SBA Loan Officer

Kinnaird will be responsible for developing, growing and expanding Michigan-based Main Street Bank commercial and business banking relationships, as well as growing the SBA portfolio.

Kinnaird possesses a bachelor degree in economics from University of Michigan, and a masters degree in corporate finance from Michigan State University. Kinnaird has extensive experience in the financial arena, having previously worked at Comerica Bank for 31 years. As Vice President he was responsible for ensuring loan groups maintained solid credit quality with regards to rated loans, net charge-offs, and past dues, while supporting and looking for opportunities to grow the business banking portfolio.

A Michigan native, Jim resides in Grosse Pointe Woods and has three children. Kinnaird is a member of the University of Michigan Alumni Club, Beta Theta Pi, and the Knights of Columbus.
