Ivy Hall Joins Momentus Capital as New Atlanta and D.C.-Focused Business Development Officer

“Ivy is a small business finance expert with nearly 17 years in the banking and lending industries. As a thought leader and influencer, she has empowered audiences with insights on financial literacy, funding, investments, and insurance. Ivy’s passion for sustainable and generational wealth — and her commitment to helping women, entrepreneurs, and small business owners thrive — make her a sought-after professional in our industry,” says Andrew Mort, SBA 504 & CRE Sales Manager for the Momentus Capital branded family of organizations.

Ivy, who is based out of Atlanta, is responsible for marketing and promoting Momentus Direct Capital’s signature Impower loan products, which are owner-occupied commercial real estate (CRE) loans designed and developed for small business borrowers who generally would not qualify for SBA or conventional loans. These innovative loan products provide up to 95% financing for a wide range of property types, and were created by the Momentus Capital branded family of organizations in order to have a sizable and positive impact in low-to-moderate income communities, something Ivy is passionate about as a community leader.

“My mission isn’t just about commercial real estate lending; it’s about providing a path to property ownership and generational wealth for undercapitalized business owners. It’s one of the superpowers I use to address the wealth gap and foster a financial ecosystem that is dynamic and inclusive for all business owners,” Ivy says. “Atlanta and the D.C. area are prominent hubs for diverse business owners, entrepreneurs, and startups — yet historical disparities have left many of these individuals with limited lending options. By empowering these entrepreneurs, we can help them build generational wealth and financial wisdom, strengthening communities and contributing toward more equitable and vibrant regions.”
