In 2025, Jackie Gonzalez continued to develop and built the SBA division at Integrity Bank & Trust, a truly local community focused bank, leading the growth of the bank’s SBA lending platform from the ground up. During the year, the SBA portfolio expanded by $34MM supporting over 100 small businesses through acquisition, expansion, and startup financing. This growth reflects a relationship-driven approach to SBA lending, disciplined credit execution, and a focus on structuring solutions that support long-term borrower success while strengthening the bank’s overall commercial portfolio.
