Martha McLeod Named Executive Vice President, CFO of First Bank of the Lake

Rebecca has been a leader in small and medium business lending for over 30 years, building a strong presence in the SBA marketplace nationwide while based in the Southeast. With an MBA in Entrepreneurship, she takes a thoughtful approach to business ownership, drawing from both professional expertise and personal experience.

Deeply committed to her Atlanta community, Rebecca has led high-profile fundraising efforts, volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, and supported various charitable organizations. A mother of three girls, she enjoys spending time with her family, singing in her church choir, and watching Shark Tank. She lives in Atlanta with her husband and their two King Charles Cavalier Spaniels.

Kevin McQuade Joins Harvest as Vice President Business Development Officer

Kevin E. McQuade is a seasoned expert in commercial real estate with decades of experience. He began his career as a broker, selling and leasing over 2 million square feet of office and industrial space nationwide. Shifting to finance, Kevin specialized in SBA 7A, SBA 504, and conventional loan programs at Lehman Brothers SBF, later expanding his expertise at JP Morgan Chase and in the credit union sector, closing over $500 million in loans for investment properties.

A recognized industry authority, Kevin has spoken at the NY Mortgage Brokers Association Financing Summit and serves on multiple real estate and economic development boards.
