Movers and Shakers Thursday — Harvest SBF Appoints Ralph Abbott Senior Vice President

In his past, Abbott underwrote and marketed as a middle-market lender to companies with revenues ranging from $10MM to $100MM. He spent time in New York with a national bank developing an SBA department, and works on transactions for wholesale financiers.

Laura Lee joins Harvest SBF in Southern California

With sixteen years in banking as a relationship manager and business banker, Lee brings her love for her clients, and results driven personality to the Harvest team.

Paul Haglund Named AVP of Harvest SBF

Today Harvest added another member to the team in Paul Haglund, Assistant Vice President and Business Development Associate. He will assist top Business Development Officers in the Southern California region.

With over 10 years of experience in commercial banking and lending, Paul understands the needs of his borrowers and what they face in this economy.

In his free time he enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his wife and son.

Keith Bufano in as SBA Head at First Commonwealth Bank

Keith Bufano has been hired as an SBA lending executive for Pennsylvania-based First Commonwealth Bank.

In this position, Bufano will develop First Commonwealth’s activities with the U.S. Small Business Administration’s lending program, creating a line of business for the bank.

Before joining First Commonwealth, Bufano served as SVP/SBA operations-credit officer at one of the nation’s largest full-service providers of consumer and commercial banking. He began his career at the SBA, where he was promoted from a loan officer to supervisor within two years.

During his time at the SBA, Bufano received many awards for his performance.

Bufano earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from California State University-Sacramento.
