Franklin Savings Bank Promotes Richard Allen to VP, Senior Commercial Loan Officer

Joining the bank in 2001, the Mexico resident has established himself as a critical member of the commercial team, significantly increasing the bank’s commercial customer base in western Maine during his tenure.
Allen consistently demonstrates an exceptional commitment to fostering relationships with local businesses in the Rumford and Bethel markets. His expertise in commercial lending has helped numerous customers achieve their financial goals and drive economic growth in the region, the bank noted.

Tim has earned this promotion through his exceptional dedication, extensive experience, and remarkable contributions to the Bank. He joined the FSB team in May of 2021 and quickly distinguished himself with his knowledge as a commercial banker. With an impressive 17-year career in the financial industry, Tim brings a wealth of expertise and insight to his new role. His profound knowledge, positive attitude, and drive have consistently set him apart as an invaluable asset to the Bank.
Beyond his outstanding professional achievements, Tim is an integral member of the community. He actively serves on the Bay School Board and holds the position of Treasurer for both the Blue Hill Cooperative and the Peninsula Conservation Corporation. These roles mirror his passion for giving back to his communities and perfectly align with FSB’s core values.
HilltopSecurities Welcomes Carl Stimmel, Mike White, and Zack Bishop to SBA Trading Team

Among the new hires are SBA Trading and Securitization professionals and leaders Carl Stimmel, Mike White, and Zack Bishop. Thirty-year fixed income industry veteran Stimmel will serve as Head of SBA Business Development, overseeing this new line of business at the firm. White and Bishop will co-head the SBA trading and securitization effort.
