He did that, and also booked a fraudulent loan and bought a little gold.
In September 2011, he took a bank cashier’s check for $28,650 and bought 15 gold coins from the Ozark Coin Company.
Guessing the scheme was going well, he followed up with 9 more gold coins with another cashier’s check for $14,500 the next month.
Yep, he lost his job, threw away his career and faces prison for 24 gold coins.
