Roglieri Update: Drugs and Guns Confiscated in FBI Raid

When Kris Roglieri’s home was raided, an assault rifle and a 32-cartridge magazine were found. He was subsequently charged with two counts of felony criminal possession of a weapon in violation of state law. The Times Union reports that Roglieri was arraigned on February 13 for these charges and will be seen again in court later this month.

More was unveiled during the raid at the Virginia Beach house where Kimberly Humphrey was living. Days after the raid, she was charged with felony drug possession, but the substance found has not been revealed. According to the Times Union, she was arraigned on February 8 and released without bail. She will be seen in court again in May.
