Roglieri Updates: $90 Million Missing, Owes $3 Million in Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Filing
According to a report from deBanked, the Receiver recently revealed that over $90 million is missing in the Kris Roglieri/Prime Capital case. Amidst all the litigation against him, Roglieri filed for Chapter 11 last week.
Based on the bankruptcy documents, Roglieri’s estimated assets range from $10 million to $50 million, and his liabilities range from $1 million to $10 million.

- Sheppard Mullin – Legal Fees 1: $100,000
- Barclay Damon – Legal Fees 2: $60,000

- Caesars Entertainment – Event Fees for NACLB Conference: $436,237.18
- Key Bank – Business Line of Credit for Commercial Capital Training Group: $100,000
- Chase Bank, Cardmember Service: $25,000
