The first sheet ranks CDC lenders by SBA 504 by loan volume. The second is an alphabetical list of CDCs.
New to the report is the total project loan amount, including the third-party loan.
Both reports were built from SBA’s publicly available 7(a) FOIA database, which is updated quarterly by the Office of Capital Access.
The top ten CDCs 504 loan volume for the first six months of fiscal year 2026 through March 31, 2026:
