For the seventh consecutive year, national leaders from SBA lenders, SBA broker dealers, SBA secondary market paper investors and the federal government.
This is the only event where all major stakeholder groups meet annually to discuss the key issues affecting SBA’s 7(a) and 504 markets. Past attendees have included retail lenders, CDC’s, broker-dealer buyers, non-bank lenders, investors, SBA, and loan service providers.

Ann Marie Mehlum currently serves as the SBA’s Associate Administrator for the Office of Capital Access (OCA). The Associate Administrator for OCA is a member of the senior leadership team at the SBA and is responsible for balancing the need to make capital available to small businesses with the obligation to provide appropriate monitoring and oversight to protect taxpayer dollars and ensure program sustainability.

Barbara Vohryzek is the President and CEO of the National Association of Development Companies (NADCO). Her background, as the Founder and Executive Director of California Statewide Certified Development Company (CDC) as well as the Founder & Director of Community Business Bank, has empowered her to understand the CDC industry and the 504 loan program from every angle. With over 30 years of experience in economic development and lending, including 25 years of experience directly with the 504 loan program, Vohryzek ranks among the most knowledgeable advocates for small business and capital access in the United States.

Frank Keane has 30-years’ experience in capital markets trading, risk management and regulatory compliance. He is a former director at Merrill Lynch GSI and Managing Director at Banc of America Securities.
