TMC Financing is proud to be recognized as the SBA Underserved Market Lender of the Year, reflecting a year of strong production and meaningful expansion. In FY25, TMC approved 548 SBA 504 loans, delivering more than $2.4 billion in total project financing and helping create over 7,000 jobs for small businesses across the Western United States.

TMC’s continued efforts in Hawai‘i also played an important role in broadening access to long‑term, fixed‑rate commercial real estate financing.
