This Coleman webinar will give your customers the solution to the nightmarish scenario of refinancing their commercial real estate when facing a big balloon payment.

And your exposure is a first lien with 50% loan to value. You may choose to increase your bank assets, or sell it to the secondary market for immediate fee income.

SBA completes the transaction with a fully amortized second up to 40% of loan to value — at an extremely competitive fixed rate.

Beginning June 24th, SBA’s new 504 commercial real estate refinancing program, profitable lending opportunities exist for savvy small business lenders.

Within 75 minutes, your staff will gain expert knowledge of the refi program to quickly identify prospects, prudently underwrite qualifying packages and correctly fund SBA 504 refinance loans — while navigating through all of SBA’s traps.

Sometimes, SBA 7(a) isn’t the answer.

This new SBA 504 loan refinance program offers an alternative of booking a low-risk asset for your institution and offering another excellent financing option for your customers.

Don’t lose your customers to your competitors who have become SBA 504 refi experts!
