Kris Roglieri Update
Times Union reports that the Trustee in Roglieri’s bankruptcy case wants the case to be dismissed or wants the case to be converted to a Chapter 7. Trustee William Harrington’s Office writes: “The debtor’s monthly operating reports confirm these facts. With no income, the debtor cannot ‘rehabilitate’ his financial situation through Chapter 11. This case can only proceed as a liquidation.”
Roglieri is not in custody, but he was charged with third degree criminal possession of an assault weapon and third degree criminal possession of an ammunition feeding device in the state of New York

Where is Hector Barreto?
Hector Barreto is serving his 20-month prison sentence at FCI Herlong. His release date is currently set for October 1, 2025.
Barreto solicited charity donations to be used to establish underprivileged youth programs, then stole funds for himself through direct and indirect payments. He used the charity’s credit cards for personal, luxury expenses as well as payments to friends and family. Barreto falsified Form 990s for the charity to make it look like he had not received payments from the charity. He caused a loss of over $300,000.
