CDC Small Business Finance Welcomes Joe Delgadillo and Carlos Marroquin

CDC Small Business Finance has added experienced loan officers Joe Delgadillo to its 504 Commercial Real Estate team in Orange County and Carlos Marroquin to its Small Business Lending team in Los Angeles.

Joe Delgadillo – 504 Commercial Real Estate Team

“Joe is passionate about helping businesses grow and has generated a total of $94 million in SBA lending so far in his career,” says Tony Barengo, Head of Commercial Real Estate for CDC Small Business Finance. “He’s excelled in business banking and most recently, middle markets.  Joe is personable, hard-working and speaks both English and Spanish. We are excited for Joe to support small businesses and represent CDC Small Business Finance in the Orange County market.”

Delgadillo joins the 504 Commercial Real Estate team as a Senior Loan Officer and will focus on promoting CDC Small Business Finance’s lending programs across Orange County, supporting banks, small businesses, and brokers. He has 17 years of banking experience, including three years at Wells Fargo as an SBA Business Development Officer specializing in 504 and 7(a) loans.

Carlos Marroquin – Small Business Lending Team

“Carlos is a great fit for our team, bringing more than 13 years of experience in sales and finance, a passion to serve the small business community, a positive outlook, and fluency in both Spanish and English,” says Susan Lamping, Vice President of Sales at CDC Small Business Finance.

Marroquin will work for the Small Business Lending team and will be responsible for developing 7(a) loan prospects, especially Community Advantage loans, with a focus on Northern Los Angeles. Most recently, he was a regional sales manager at PEAC Solutions.
