America First Credit Union Hires Bill Luckinbill as Senior SBA Loan Officer

At the Pheonix branch of America First Credit Union, Bill Luckinbill will be responsible for underwriting SBA 7(a) and 504 loans as well as generating new loan volume from his network of referral sources. “I have worked with Bill in the past and believe he will be an excellent addition to our growing SBA lending program,“ says David Doria, Small Business Lending Manager. “As we continue on our path to becoming an elite small business lender, the ability to increase staff with high-quality, experienced SBA lenders is a key element to our continued success.”

Highland Bank receives the highest SBA participation honor

The Small Business Administration (SBA) recognizes Highland Bank, a locally and independently owned Minnesota community bank, as having the highest participation in SBA-backed loan programs for its category.

“Every day, we strive to provide exemplary service, creative solutions and attractive pricing to our small business clients so they can begin new ventures, grow and flourish,” says Kim Storey, senior vice president and manager of SBA lending at Highland Bank. “Being the leader in our lending category is an honor and reflects our commitment to helping the small business community bring their visions to life.”

“As one of the few SBA preferred lenders in Minnesota, we bring unique advantages to our customers that speed the loan process and provide more options to meet their financing needs,” says Troy Rosenbrook, president of the bank. “We’re proud to receive this honor from the SBA that showcases our commitment to the success of the small business community in Minnesota.”
